FOR OUR CANADIAN GUESTS /
POUR NOS INVITÉES CANADIENNES
BIENVENUE!
Beginning on Friday April 1, 2022, the government of Canada will no longer require a negative COVID test result to re-enter that country.
Until then, negative COVID antigen test results (less than 24 hours old) as well as negative COVID PCR test results (less than 72 hours old) are required in order to return home to Canada.
The state of Vermont has free, PCR testing sites available throughout the state for residents, visitors, and international travelers alike. There are also private facilities available. Most sites are available for walk-ins, but we highly recommend making an appointment if you’re testing for travel purposes. To make your visit a little bit easier, here is a list of available testing facilities in the Burlington area.
If you’d like to use the state’s free testing sites we recommend that you test shortly after your arrival as laboratory turnaround time can vary. Thankfully, the Burlington area is only about an hour from the border crossing at Highgate / St. Armand so you can quickly get back in the event that test results are slow to arrive.
