WINTER WHERE YOU WANT TO BE

This year, the month of March is all about Winooski, aka the Land of Wild Onions. You won’t find many places in New England that didn’t turn 100 at least 100 years ago, but Winooski is far from your average New England city. With a footprint of only 1.4 square miles, a history of settlement that extends back thousands of years, and a commitment to diversity that that’s the envy of the rest of the state, Winooski has enough action and energy to keep anyone on their toes for a weekend getaway. It has often been called the Brooklyn of Burlington, but it doesn’t need any comparisons and stands up on it’s own just fine. Hop over to our blog to get the scoop and join us in wishing a happy 100th to the ‘Noosk!
